• At the time of reservation a deposit of 50% of the cost of the booking is required within 72 hours payable by credit card


• The balance in full is due at the time of arrival payable either by credit card or in cash


• Deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made prior to 21 days from the planned arrival date. A cancellation fee of US$80.00 will be charged in order to recover administrative and credit card expenses. If the reservation is cancelled less than 21 days before the planned arrival date, or if the guest does not show up, the deposit will not be refunded


• Smoking inside the unit is not permitted


• Min 5 night stay all year round for both unit types except for holiday season (Dec 18 to Jan 8) where there's a 7 night minimum stay required


• Max 4 persons plus 1 child up to age 7 (in a rollabed or crib) can be accommodated in units
