High Season

$1200 per week (for up to 2 persons occupancy)
Additional persons $15 each per night
Energy surcharge $15 per night per unit

Low Season
21 April, 2009 - 14 December, 2009
$800 per week (for up to 2 persons occupancy)
Additional persons $15 each per night
Energy surcharge $15 each per night

Information about your rental:

• The rates include daily trash n' tidy and towel change with a full linen change weekly. Also all utilities included and and 60 channel cable TV.
• Rentals must be paid in full prior to occupation by either cash or credit card. No checks will be accepted.
• VOIP telephone available in some units
• There is no daily proportionment of rates so that, for example, persons staying 5 days will pay for one week, and persons staying 10 days will pay for two weeks etc.
• Units accommodate a maximum of 4 persons. In addition 1 child under 12 can be accommodated. No over-occupancy will be permitted. Cots are available.
• NO PETS or animals permitted.
• SMOKING INSIDE THE UNITS IS NOT PERMITTED.
• The units have central air-conditioning.
• All units are fully furnished with linens, dishes, etc.
