The Developers
A local company with solid financial backing acquired the property in December 2002 when the buildings were almost completed. It has since committed substantial funds to complete and upgrade the property and has a continuing program to ensure that the expectations of both owners and visitors are satisfied. The property has been divided into 24 individual titles under the Strata Plan Act. The Board of Directors of the Company, which continues to direct both the management of the Strata Corporation and the ownership and rental programs, are Colin Chaffe, Brian Trowbridge and Nicola Jordan.
